All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. PawClub™ is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
